Returns

You have 14 days from the date the last item in your order is delivered, or the date it ships if no delivery date is available, to request a return.

• Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where possible.

Return shipping

A return shipping fee of €5.00 is deducted from your refund. On an order in another currency, the equivalent at our exchange rate is deducted.

Cancellations

Orders can’t be cancelled online once placed. Contact us as soon as possible and we will try to help.

Refunds

Once My Store receives and inspects your return, My Store will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
